Juliet Coursey
JULIET COURSEY
Co-owner, Event Manager, Event Designer
Juliet was born in Springfield, MA, but South Florida has been called home since the age of one. As a successful dance studio owner, Juliet was planning birthday parties, fundraisers, school events, and more. She discovered a passion for events and decided to embark into the Event & Entertainment industry in 2010.
Juliet believes the key to every amazing event is organization and attention to detail. On site, you will always find her perfecting every little detail and making sure the event is running smoothly. Getting to know her clients and working with them to create their own unique event is her favorite part of this wonderful job. She stays true to her devotion to collaborate with clients and tell their story with authenticity and ease.
Event planning can be an overwhelming and intimidating process, and there are many tasks that are often easily overlooked. Juliet's experience provides her with a wealth of information to share with her clients, which ultimately translates into a smooth, calm and efficient planning process.
Meredith Marder
MEREDITH MARDER
Co-owner, VP of Incentives
Born and raised on the Flyers and Philadelphia cheesesteaks, Meredith brings her Philly roots into every project she handles.
With over 15 years of venue and hotel sourcing, plus contract negotiation experience, Meredith uses her project management skills and customer service attitude to build successful partnerships with clients and venues.
Over her career, Meredith has managed projects big and small; from a 2 person wedding to an 8000 person convention.
Meredith's top bucket list item is visiting the wine region of Italy. Her motto is "save water, drink wine!"
Sarah Fradillada
SARAH FRADILLADA
Assistant Event Manager, Website Designer
Sarah is based in South Florida and first stepped into the event industry as a photo booth host and dancer. While working from venue to venue, she found herself more interested in seeing the planners arrive early, direct vendors, and make the event come to life. It was at that time she realized her excitement and passion for event planning.
Throughout college, Sarah worked closely with Juliet and Meredith as an Assistant Event Manager. After graduating, she continued her career in events and learned the ins and outs of website creation. She has a tremendous amount of experience in the event industry, Wix websites, social media, and design. Her creativity and skillset in many different areas are key factors that contribute to the company's success.
Sarah loves music, the Cincinnati Bengals, espresso martinis, and exploring. Her top destinations include the Philippines, Thailand, and Puerto Rico. In her free time, she also designs and creates crystal bracelets!

THU MCNEELY
Event Manager
Thu McNeely began working in the event industry for the biggest MLM travel company in 2008. She has managed all types of events from 500 to 15,000 attendees! Her events take place across the US and internationally—to name a few locations: South Africa, Asia, Australia, Italy, Spain, and London.
One of Thu's many specialties is on site event management. She is great with people, never shows stress with the constant changes and fast paced environment, is very organized, and can multitask like a champ!
Thu absolutely loves to travel the world and experience new places. Her headshot is from her visit to Singapore. Don't forget to ask her about the Dallas Cowboys because she is their number one fan!

Assistant Event Manager, Travel Specialist
Giovanna is from Philadelphia and ever since she was little, she had a strong interest for traveling and seeing every corner of the world!
After finishing college, she began working in the event and hospitality industry. She was helping with planning, management, and even bartending on events!
In 2021, she began working in the travel industry. She stays up to date on new hotels and locations, assists with booking travel, and does site visits with clients. She loves working with clients and coming up with location ideas for groups. The place she would visit over and over again is Japan.
With many years of experience in multiple fields, Giovanna is a huge part in planning and on site management for LE Events Group. She always has a positive outlook and great energy, which is so valuable to have on an event team.

Event Manager
Founder & CEO of Shae Marcus Consulting, Shae Adams is the visionary behind a leading digital marketing agency known for driving growth and innovation across industries. With over two decades of experience in digital strategy, business consulting, and client relations, Shae has helped numerous businesses elevate their brand presence and increase their ROI through targeted marketing campaigns. An early adopter of Salesforce and a long-time advocate for customer-centric solutions, Shae has built a reputation for delivering customized strategies that deliver real, measurable results. His hands-on approach and passion for emerging technologies have allowed his team to thrive and clients to consistently meet their goals.
Outside of work, Shae enjoys exploring the world and discovering new cultures, always finding inspiration to fuel his next big project. Married with 5 children, Shae and his wife Robyn have enjoyed family, work, and travel for most of their 31 years together.

Event Manager
Robyn Adams is a multifaceted professional with a passion for connection, hospitality, and leadership. With twenty years of experience teaching and leading teams worldwide, Robyn has honed her skills in creating inclusive environments and fostering meaningful relationships.
Her keen eye for aesthetic detail and culinary expertise has been showcased in her role guiding hospitality for women's conferences and hosting events.
Additionally, Robyn supports sales and business development at Shae Marcus Consulting, a venture she shares with her husband. Together, they balance their professional pursuits with a love for travel, food, and family, cherishing time with their five children.

“I have not gone everywhere, but it is definitely on my list" are the words that speak to Ingrid daily. She has traveled to over 50 countries and looks forward to adding more adventures to this list. She has a passion for travel and loves to help others explore what the world has to offer.
Ingrid met Meredith and the LE team over 9 years ago when they planned her wedding. Through the years, they became close friends and eventually partners here at LE Events Group. As a travel agent, Ingrid works closely with individuals, couples, groups, and families to create a wonderful experience. With her years of travel planning knowledge and connections made, she is ready to plan an epic vacation for you!
